About Me
Hi! My name is Sohini Gupta. I am a final-year undergraduate student majoring in Electrical Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. I am pursuing a Dual Degree (Btech. Electrical Engineering and Mtech. Signal Processing and Machine Learning).
My research interest lies in Computational Neuroscience and the intersection of Neuroscience and AI. Especially towards understanding the brain’s functioning which could better help diagnose neurological disorders.
Currently, I am advised by Dr. Sharba Bandhyopadhyay and am working toward my undergraduate thesis on “Stimulus probability driven development of auditory networks”. Link to the Lab website
I enjoy staying active and engaging in sports. I love exploring new things around me.
